Norwell is a medium-sized exporter of Norwegian fish, established in 1996. We are owned approximately 70 percent by farmers and 30 percent by key personnel.
We are a link between the farmers and their market, and vice versa. We ensure that farmers can sell their fish, efficiently and without hassle, at the right price. At the other end, we provide the customer with a stable supply of fish of the quality they expect – also at the right price.
We contribute to value creation and an integrated approach in the value chain. Our employees have extensive market knowledge and experience, quality farmers on our team, and a lot of experience and expertise when it comes to salmon production.
Everything begins and ends with quality. We rely on the highest quality throughout our chain to maintain the trust of our customers and the consumers of our products.
Our customers all expect the same even if the expectations are different: «Meet my expectations».
Our goal is to do just that.
With customers in more than 40 countries around the world, we have to meet a great varity in expectations every week. Our customers largly spread from producers of value-added products, smoking houses, whole sellers, supermarkets and restaurants. Each with specific needs regarding quality, fat, colour and size. To be able to meet these different expectations we keep in close touch with our customers and do our best to supply the right quality and volume to everyone.
